In the post below, we describe the categories of the beautiful, aesthetic and muscular Women’s Athletic Physique.

In addition to the usual -165 cm and +165 cm height categories, we also open a Lady category for the mature age group over 40. Based on these, the champions of 3 categories can compete for the Overall Champion title and for the EUR 500 prize money.
